Instructions
- Make the red pepper butter by pulsing all butter ingredients in a food processor until mostly smooth, then refrigerate.
- Cook the fettuccine according to package directions, then toss with red pepper garlic butter, cream, and reserved pasta water in a warm pot.
- In a skillet, melt red pepper garlic butter, then sauté the shrimp until cooked through, adding more butter and cream for a creamy texture.
- Serve the pasta and shrimp on plates, garnishing with greens and lemon.
