Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
- Combine the mashed sweet potatoes, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, brown sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Blend the ingredients using a hand mixer until smooth.
- Pour the sweet potato mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine the pecans, flour, melted butter, and sweetener or sugar, and stir until mixed.
- Spread the pecan mixture evenly over the sweet potato layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the topping is browned.
- Allow to cool before serving.
