Instructions
- Prepare almond milk ice cubes the night before by pouring almond milk into an ice cube tray and freezing.
- Also, prepare cold brew coffee by mixing coarsely ground coffee with filtered water in a bowl and refrigerating overnight.
- The next day, strain the cold brew through a coffee filter.
- Make date caramel by blending the pitted dates with hot water until a paste forms.
- In a blender, combine the almond milk ice cubes and cold brew coffee, then blend until smooth.
- Add date caramel to the blender one tablespoon at a time, blending and tasting until the desired sweetness is reached.
- Serve in tall glasses, optionally topped with coconut whipped cream.
