Cold Brew Caramel Frappuccino

Ingredients

The base

  • 2 cups Almond Breeze Almondmilk Unsweetened Vanilla
  • 16 standard-size almond milk ice cubes
  • 2 cups cold brew coffee

The coffee

  • 2 cups coarsely ground dark coffee
  • 4 cups filtered water

The caramel

  • 15 pieces pitted dates
  • 3-6 Tbsp hot water
  • 3-5 Tbsp date caramel

Instructions

  1. Prepare almond milk ice cubes the night before by pouring almond milk into an ice cube tray and freezing.
  2. Also, prepare cold brew coffee by mixing coarsely ground coffee with filtered water in a bowl and refrigerating overnight.
  3. The next day, strain the cold brew through a coffee filter.
  4. Make date caramel by blending the pitted dates with hot water until a paste forms.
  5. In a blender, combine the almond milk ice cubes and cold brew coffee, then blend until smooth.
  6. Add date caramel to the blender one tablespoon at a time, blending and tasting until the desired sweetness is reached.
  7. Serve in tall glasses, optionally topped with coconut whipped cream.
