Copycat Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino

Ingredients

  • 1/2-1 cup brewed strong coffee or espresso that has been chilled
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (e.g., almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp sugar of choice (optional)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup, plus extra for topping
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum (optional)
  • 2 tbsp (or more) aerosol whipped cream, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add ice and chilled coffee. Blend for a few seconds to break up the ice. Add the rest of the ingredients except whipped cream and blend until creamy and thick. Taste and adjust thickness and sweetness if needed. Pour into a tall cup or glass, top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
