Ingredients

The frappe

  • 1 ½ cups coffee, frozen into cubes
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup or honey
  • 1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup ice
  • ½ cup half and half or dairy-free creamer
  • 1 to 1 ½ cups milk of choice

The drizzle and topping

  • 2 Tbsp. chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp. coconut oil
  • to taste whipped topping of choice

Instructions

  1. Freeze strong brewed coffee in a silicone ice cube tray.
  2. Blend the coffee cubes, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, ice, and creamy liquid until smooth, adding milk as needed for consistency.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat until drizzly.
  4. Drizzle chocolate along the sides of two glasses, pour the Mocha Frappe into the glasses, and top with whipped topping and additional chocolate if desired.
