Cold Brew Mocha Frappe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 8 cubes milk ice
  • 2-4 Tbsp light chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare cold brew by mixing 2 cups of ground coffee with 4 cups of water in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Strain the coffee in the morning and keep the leftover in the fridge.
  3. Make milk ice cubes by pouring your choice of milk into an ice cube tray and freezing overnight.
  4. In the morning, blend 1 cup of cold brew coffee, 8 milk ice cubes, and desired amount of chocolate syrup until smooth.
  5. Serve immediately.
