Instructions
- Prepare the coffee the night before and chill it in the fridge.
- Pour coconut milk into an ice cube tray, cover, and freeze at least 8-10 cubes.
- In the morning, blend all ingredients until well combined, adding an extra ice cube if needed.
- Taste and adjust flavors as necessary.
- Serve immediately or chill/freeze for later. Top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and fresh mint if desired.
