Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh brewed coffee
  • ½ cup nut milk
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp peppermint extract or oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high for about a minute until well combined.
  3. Pour into a mug and enjoy.
  4. Optionally, top with coconut cream whipped cream, chocolate sauce, or cacao powder.
