Ingredients

The frappuccino

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee (chilled)
  • 8 cubes coconut milk ice cubes
  • ¼ cup toasted unsweetened coconut flake
  • 2 Tbsp light chocolate syrup
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder

For topping (optional)

  • to taste more toasted coconut
  • to taste chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare coconut milk ice cubes the night before by pouring well-shaken coconut milk into an ice cube tray.
  2. The next morning, toast the coconut flakes in the oven at 350°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Blend all main ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  4. Adjust thickness by adding more coconut ice cubes or thinning with coffee or chocolate syrup.
  5. Serve immediately, optionally topped with coconut whipped cream, toasted coconut, and chocolate syrup.
