Instructions
- Prepare coconut milk ice cubes the night before by pouring well-shaken coconut milk into an ice cube tray.
- The next morning, toast the coconut flakes in the oven at 350°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Blend all main ingredients until smooth and well combined.
- Adjust thickness by adding more coconut ice cubes or thinning with coffee or chocolate syrup.
- Serve immediately, optionally topped with coconut whipped cream, toasted coconut, and chocolate syrup.
