Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat and sauté onion, celery, and carrots until softened.
- Add green beans, garlic, basil, salt, oregano, and black pepper, cooking for another minute.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes and broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- Add beans and pasta, cooking for an additional 10-11 minutes until tender.
- Season with more salt and pepper to taste, and serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
