Orange, Endive and Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients

The salad

  • 1 orange orange
  • 4 small endives
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 20 g raisins
  • 25 g blue cheese

The dressing

  • ½ orange juice from orange
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the orange into supremes over a bowl to catch the juice.
  2. Squeeze juice from the remaining membrane and from half another orange.
  3. Blend the orange juice with the dressing ingredients until smooth.
  4. Arrange shredded endive on a serving plate.
  5. Top with orange supremes, walnuts, raisins, and blue cheese.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving.
