Instructions
- Cut the orange into supremes over a bowl to catch the juice.
- Squeeze juice from the remaining membrane and from half another orange.
- Blend the orange juice with the dressing ingredients until smooth.
- Arrange shredded endive on a serving plate.
- Top with orange supremes, walnuts, raisins, and blue cheese.
- Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving.
