Instructions
- Peel the blood orange and cut it into sections.
- Remove the outer leaves of the endive and arrange them on a plate.
- Chop the remaining smaller leaves and place them in the center of the plate.
- Top the salad with crumbled gorgonzola cheese.
- Combine the vinaigrette ingredients and whisk them together.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad.
