Ingredients

The drink

  • 4 cups diced fruit such as strawberries, pineapple, watermelon, mango or kiwi
  • 1 unit lime (juice of 1 lime)
  • cup sugar or more to taste
  • 4 cups water (divided use)

Optional garnishes

  • to taste unit mint sprigs
  • to taste unit lime slices
  • to taste unit fruit slices

Instructions

  1. Blend the fruit, lime juice, sugar, and 2 cups of water until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture into a pitcher and discard the solids.
  3. Add the remaining water to the pitcher and stir to combine.
  4. Chill the drink until ready to serve.
  5. Garnish with mint, lime, and fresh fruit if desired before serving.
