Instructions
- Mince the garlic and sauté it in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add the diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, and pepper to the skillet and heat until hot.
- Cut the cream cheese into chunks and add it to the skillet, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the tortellini according to package instructions, then drain.
- Chop the spinach and add it to the sauce, stirring until wilted.
- Combine the drained tortellini with the sauce in the skillet.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top, stir, and adjust seasonings as needed before serving.
