Instructions
- Cook the tortellini in salted water and rinse with cold water once cooked.
- Add the chopped vegetables to the tortellini and stir.
- Cover with Italian dressing and seasonings, stirring until well-coated.
- Chill the salad for a couple of hours.
- Serve over a bed of fresh spinach and enjoy.
