  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • cups chicken stock
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup cheddar (freshly grated)
  • 2 cups whole-wheat crackers (crushed)

Instructions
