Ingredients

The cookie dough

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

The topping

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice

Instructions

  1. Whisk the dry ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Beat the butter and sugars until smooth, then add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and add white chocolate chips.
  4. Chill the dough for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven and prepare baking sheets.
  6. Combine the topping ingredients.
  7. Roll the dough into balls, coat in the topping, and place on baking sheets.
  8. Bake until lightly browned and cool on the sheets before transferring.
