Instructions
- Whisk the dry ingredients together and set aside.
- Beat the butter and sugars until smooth, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and add white chocolate chips.
- Chill the dough for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven and prepare baking sheets.
- Combine the topping ingredients.
- Roll the dough into balls, coat in the topping, and place on baking sheets.
