Easy Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then brown them in a pot with oil.
- Add water to the pot, cover, and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and set aside, reserving any juices.
- In the same pot, melt butter and sauté onions until translucent, then add garlic and cook briefly.
- Add carrots, celery, and chicken broth, then simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in the pasta and spices, cooking until the pasta is al dente.
- Shred or dice the chicken and return it to the pot along with the heavy cream.
- Simmer for 1 minute, then serve.
