Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease the casserole dish.
- Sauté diced onion and bell pepper in butter until tender.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, milk, one egg, and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the dish and sprinkle with cheese.
- In the same bowl, whisk remaining eggs, milk, and butter, then add sautéed veggies and ham.
- Pour this mixture over the batter and cheese in the dish, then top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for about 35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
