Instructions
- 1. Combine almond flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl.
- 2. In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, agave, and oil.
- 3. Stir in grated carrots, raisins, and walnuts into the wet ingredients.
- 4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
- 5. Transfer the batter into 2 well-greased 9-inch springform pans.
- 6. Bake at 325°F for 35 minutes.
- 7. Cool the cake for 3 hours, then remove from the pan.
- 8. Serve.
