The raspberry sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Place a chocolate wafer in each liner.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, yogurt, ⅓ cup sugar, cocoa powder, and egg until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture over the wafers in the liners and spread flat.
- Bake for 15-16 minutes, then let cool.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and add raspberries, cooking until liquefied.
- Mix cornstarch with hot water and add to the raspberry mixture along with the remaining sugar.
- Simmer until thickened.
- Once cooled, spoon raspberry sauce onto each cheesecake cup and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
