Gluten Free Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients for the dough in a mixing bowl.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and the whisked egg to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until it resembles pizza dough.
- Shape the dough into a ball, place it in an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size (70-90 minutes).
- Prepare the filling by mixing coconut sugar, raw sugar, cinnamon, sea salt, and softened butter until paste-like.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and brush with melted butter, then spread the filling over it.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into 10-12 pieces.
- Place the rolls in a baking dish, cover, and let them rise for another 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes.
- Prepare the glaze while baking, then drizzle it over the warm rolls before serving.
