Instructions
- Activate the yeast by whisking together sugar, warmed milk, and yeast in a large bowl, then set aside until foamy.
- Add eggs and melted butter to the yeast mixture and beat until smooth, then gradually fold in the flour.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes, cover it, and let it rise in a warm spot for 1 hour.
- Prepare the filling by mixing butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until creamy.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the filling over it, and roll it into a log.
- Cut the log into 8 pieces and arrange them in a greased baking dish, brushing the tops with heavy cream.
- Let the rolls rest for 15 minutes, then preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Bake the rolls for 35-40 minutes until golden brown, then let them cool before frosting.
