Easy Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat milk and butter in a saucepan until warm and butter is melted.
- Dissolve yeast in the warm milk mixture.
- Mix the yeast mixture, egg, and dry ingredients in a stand mixer until a soft dough forms.
- Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for 10-15 minutes.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 3-5 minutes.
- Roll the dough into a 14x8-inch rectangle.
- Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough into a log and cut into 10-12 rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased pan and let rise for 60-90 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake rolls for 24-28 minutes.
- Cool the rolls on a wire rack.
- Prepare the frosting by whipping cream cheese and butter, then adding sugar and vanilla.
- Spread frosting over warm rolls and serve.
