Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions
- Grease a baking dish.
- Proof the yeast with warm water and sugar for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Mix melted butter, milk, sugar, and salt in a bowl, then stir in the yeast mixture.
- Combine flour with the wet ingredients and knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Prepare the filling by mixing brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into 12 rolls.
- Place the rolls in the baking dish, cover, and let rise for another hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Bake the rolls for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle with glaze.
