Homemade Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions
- Scald the milk in a saucepan and cool it to 110-115°F.
- Combine melted butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl, then pour the cooled milk over it and whisk in the eggs.
- Bloom the yeast in warm water for 5 minutes.
- In a mixer, combine flour, yeast mixture, and scalded milk mixture; knead until smooth.
- Shape the dough into a ball, brush with melted butter, and let it rise until doubled in size.
- Mix the filling ingredients together in a bowl.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle the filling evenly.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut it into 12 pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise until doubled.
- Pour heavy cream over the rolls after the second rise.
- Make the icing by combining cream cheese, buttermilk, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Preheat the oven and bake the rolls until golden brown.
- Drizzle the icing over the rolls immediately after baking.
