Everyday Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions
- Heat milk and butter in a microwave until mostly melted.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add the warm milk mixture and egg to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Gradually add remaining flour until the dough is soft and slightly sticky.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the filling by mixing softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the filling evenly over it.
- Roll the dough tightly from the long side and cut into 12 equal pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased 9x13 pan and cover to let rise for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Spread icing over warm rolls before serving.
