Ingredients

The Asparagus

  • 1 pound asparagus spears, trimmed

The Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon avocado or light olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice and/or balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, optional

Instructions

  1. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl until the asparagus is evenly coated.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and spray the basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Place the asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until the asparagus is crispy on the edges.
  5. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days and reheat as needed.
