Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (30 grams) plant-based protein powder
  • ¾ cup coconut milk beverage
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 cup frozen chopped mango
  • 1 medium carrot (purple, yellow, or orange), sliced into chunks

Instructions

  1. Place all items into the container of a blender.
  2. Process for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
