Ingredients

The smoothie base

  • 6 to 8 ounces coconut milk
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 6 ounces fresh orange juice
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • ¾ cup fresh or frozen pineapple or mango, diced
  • to taste honey or maple syrup
  • as needed cups ice

Optional ingredients

  • pinch nutmeg
  • pinch cinnamon
  • pinch ground ginger
  • to taste collagen or protein powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. Divide into glasses, top with optional orange slices, and serve immediately.
