Ingredients

The smoothie

  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • ½ cup frozen sliced banana
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla cashew milk
  • ¼ cup frozen diced pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons toasted walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon flaked coconut (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • a pinch nutmeg

Toppings (optional)

  • as desired shredded carrots
  • as desired coconut
  • as desired crushed walnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and garnish as desired.
  4. Enjoy immediately.
