Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix flour, sugar, and butter to create a crumbly mixture, reserving 1 cup for topping.
- Combine remaining crumbs with baking powder, baking soda, salt, sour cream, and 1 egg until mostly smooth.
- Spread the mixture in a greased 9x13 baking pan.
- Beat cream cheese with ¼ cup sugar and 1 egg until smooth, then pour over the batter and spread evenly.
- Spoon raspberry jam over the cream cheese layer and swirl with a knife.
- Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top and bake for 45-55 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
