Sweet Potato Tacos

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Prick the sweet potatoes with a fork and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake the sweet potatoes until tender, about 1 hour for large ones. Allow to cool, then scoop out the flesh and mash with milk and salt.
- Warm the tortillas and slather each with smashed sweet potato, then top with black beans, avocado, pickled onions, chiles, scallions, and cheese if using.
