Instructions
- Pat the monkfish fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.

- Flip the fish, add butter, garlic, thyme, and lemon slices, and cook for another 3 minutes while basting.
- Remove from heat and let the fish rest for 3 minutes before serving with the pan sauce.
