Sugar Free Hot Chocolate

Instructions
- Heat a saucepan or Dutch oven on medium-high heat and add the chocolate chips.
- Allow the chips to melt for about 1 minute, then add the hot water, unsweetened cocoa powder, and sweetener.
- Stir constantly for 2-3 minutes until the chocolate chips have melted, then add in the vanilla and stir.
- Lower the heat to medium and add in the almond milk, whisking until the hot chocolate reaches your desired temperature.
- Serve in mugs.
- For the whipped cream, add the whipping cream to a mixing bowl and mix for 2 minutes.
- Add in the sweetener and mix until whipped cream forms.
