Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat and cook the onion and garlic until tender.
- Add bay leaves, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, brown sugar, and fresh basil. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, then simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove bay leaves and blend the soup until smooth. Stir in Greek yogurt and cooked orzo pasta. Serve warm.
