BBQ Tahini Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into small wedges, drizzle with veggie broth or oil, and season with salt and lemon pepper.
- Bake the potatoes on a parchment-lined cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Wash and coarsely chop the kale, chard, or spinach, and chop the spring onions.
- Sauté the greens and spring onions in a large pan with a little veggie broth or oil until just wilted.
- Cook the rice according to package directions using veggie broth or water.
- Cook the beans according to package directions if they are not already cooked.
- Prepare the BBQ Tahini Sauce according to the recipe.
- Assemble the bowl by placing all ingredients side by side in a bowl and adding about ¼ cup of BBQ Tahini Sauce in the center.
