Sesame Miso Dressing

Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together miso, rice vinegar, olive oil, tamari, and sesame oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, snap peas, and sesame seeds with a portion of the dressing.
- Just before serving, fold in the cilantro into the cabbage salad.
- Divide the rice, cabbage salad, beans, and avocado among four bowls.
- Drizzle with additional dressing and top with sliced chile, cilantro, and sesame seeds as desired.
