Instructions
- Combine all ingredients for the classic sauce in a medium bowl and mix well.
- For the ponzu sauce, pour ponzu into a shallow bowl, add grated daikon, and top with rayu and shichimi.
- For the miso sauce, mix all ingredients in a mortar until the miso and sugar dissolve.
- For the rice vinegar sauce, pour rice vinegar into a shallow bowl and add pepper to taste.
- For the soy sauce mayonnaise, place mayonnaise in a shallow bowl and pour soy sauce over it.
