The Bowls

cooked quinoa

Instructions
- Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Place the chicken in a ziplock bag, pour the marinade over it, seal, and refrigerate overnight.
- Mix the sauce ingredients in a separate bowl until well combined.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and prepare the grill grates.
- Grill the marinated chicken and zucchini until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest before slicing it.
- Assemble the bowls by adding quinoa, lettuce, zucchini, tomatoes, cucumber, and sliced chicken.
- Top with garlic yogurt sauce and serve.
