The Sauce and Vegetables

mayonnaise

pepper sauce

vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber)
Instructions
- Combine pepper sauce and mayonnaise to make the spicy sauce and refrigerate if desired.
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together garlic, lemon juice, paprika, white pepper, coriander, allspice, bouillon, nutmeg, thyme, cayenne pepper, and yogurt in a medium bowl.
- Lightly salt the chicken and coat it with the marinade. Place it in a zip lock bag and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat a grill pan on medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 8-10 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Chop the grilled chicken into thin bite-sized pieces.
- Serve the chicken on flatbread or chapati, topped with spicy sauce and your choice of vegetables.
