Instructions
- Boil water and cook the grains until tender, then stir in fresh herbs.
- Blend tahini drizzle ingredients until smooth and adjust seasoning.
- Toast seeds in a skillet until fragrant, then season with salt.
- Prepare zucchini by coating in coconut milk and dredging in breadcrumbs, then fry until golden.
- In the same skillet, fry Halloumi slices until golden on both sides.
- Assemble bowls with grains, vegetables, toasted seeds, fried zucchini, and Halloumi.
- Drizzle with tahini sauce and garnish with herbs and optional eggs.
