Instructions
- Sauté the onion, garlic, salt, and oil or broth until the onions begin to brown.
- Add the jackfruit, carrots, celery, thyme, and red pepper flakes, cooking until browned.
- Add the milk, red wine, tomato paste, and Tamari, cooking until the sauce is reduced and thick.
- Cook your favorite pasta and mix with the sauce, adding pasta water if desired.
- Top with Vegan Parmesan and serve.
