Gluten Free Macaroni and Cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add the flour, cooking for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring frequently.
- Add the milk and cook until the mixture thickens, about 4 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Mix in the Dijon mustard, sea salt, and pepper.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the cheese sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to a medium baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
