Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line an 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, frost the cake.
