Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line an 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sweetener, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar, and unsweetened applesauce, then mix well.
- Pour the water into the mixture and mix until fully combined.
- Transfer the batter into the lined pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a skewer comes out just clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
