Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9-inch springform cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a thick and smooth batter forms.
- Pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
- Bake for 27-30 minutes, or until a skewer inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before adding frosting.
