Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a 9×13-inch cake pan with parchment paper.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add applesauce, shredded apple, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to the wet mixture and mix well.
- Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl and then add to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-33 minutes.
- Let the cake cool completely before frosting with the cream cheese frosting.
