Instructions
- Combine water, dried mushrooms, and garlic in the Instant Pot.
- Close and seal the pot, then pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
- Carefully quick release the pressure, then open the lid away from you.
- Season the broth with salt, pepper, and thyme, adjusting to taste.
- If not using immediately, freeze any leftover broth.
