Instructions
- Prepare the broccoli by steaming it until fork tender, about 8 minutes.
- While the broccoli is steaming, add the other pesto ingredients to a blender.
- Once the broccoli is cooked, add it to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
